Saved by the Bell 30th Birthday Bash - "Hot Sundae" Cupcakes

For the center of "The Max" diner table at our Saved by the Bell 30th Birthday Bash, I wanted to do "Hot Sundae" cupcakes in honor of the awesome girl's singing group that Kelly, Jessie & Lisa formed.  We started with the same basic cupcakes that we used for Slater's Smackdown Cupcakes.  

Then, we just added chocolate syrup, sprinkles & cherry.  Pretty easy peasy.  (can you tell I have a toddler who is obsessed with Peppa Pig? Haha).  

We tried to use the chocolate shell stuff, but that didn't work out.  The regular chocolate syrup wound up working best.  I would guess hot fudge topping in the jar would work just as well.  

Obviously these were delicious.  A cupcake with added chocolate syrup, sprinkles & a cherry?  Oh yeah.  A great tribute to a great girls group.  Rock on "Hot Sundae", rock on.  

This is the last post of the Saved by the Bell party.  This party was a lot of fun to prepare for...and to celebrate at of course.  : )
